After the Bathe by Henry Scott Tuke
A reproduction of "After the Bathe" of 1902 by Henry Scott Tuke. This is a wonderful image of young men cavorting on the coast of the English Channel near Falmouth. The artist was a native of Yorkshire who died in 1929 at the age of seventy-one years. His twin abiding loves were the sea and boys. This caused quite a stir in Victorian and Edwardian England, but he was nonetheless a member of the Royal Academy.
